Anthony Mullally is a former international rugby player. His career consisted of over 200 professional games, two world cup campaigns for Ireland, a grand final victory for Leeds Rhinos and two more final victories with leading rugby league teams.
Anthony’s journey into the wellness industry started after taking up breathwork as a tool to help him improve his performance in elite sport and reduce pre-competition anxiety.
It wasn’t long until he found that the benefits of breathwork far surpass athletic performance alone, making a significant positive impact on he’s overall physical and mental wellbeing.
As a result of this, Anthony made it his mission to train and research extensively so that he can share with people the life changing benefits from breathwork practice.
Six years later, Anthony now works with professional athletes including Olympians, FTSE 100 executives, and everyone in-between, helping them achieve a sense of inner wellbeing, decreasing stress and anxiety and accessing ‘flow state’ to improve performance at work and in amateur and professional sport.
