A tranquil getaway in the rolling hills of Dorset, near Beaminster. Escape with us and experience a retreat with a difference.

Friday 21st October - Sunday 23rd October (2 Nights)
You can expect a mix of training, coaching, activities and great food. This weekend is about bringing good people together to move, explore and adapt with the goal that you leave feeling recharged, de-stressed and full of energy.
There will also be plenty of opportunities to relax from the comfort of the house, with an indoor spa including a pool, saunas, and hot tub.

FRIDAY
Arrival from 3pm
5pm: Welcome gathering, introduction and refreshments
6pm: Wind-down workshop (Breath-work tools and restorative movement)
6.45: Chill time, Sauna, swim
7.30pm: 3 course evening meal
9pm: Rest, relax and sleep
SATURDAY
7am: Wake up, hydrate, breath-work and morning flow
8am: Heat and cold exposure training
9.30am: Break fast fuel up
11am: Countryside hike
1.30pm: Lunch and relaxation time
4pm: Functional Movement workshop (Breath-work exploration and Mobility)
5.30pm: Chill time, Sauna, swim
7.30pm: 3 course evening meal
9pm: Rest, relax and sleep
SUNDAY
7am: Wake up and Hydrate
7.30am: Depart for Beach
8am: Sauna and cold exposure training
10am: Break fast fuel up
11.30am: Closing ceremony workshop
1.30pm: Lunch back at the estate
3pm: Departures
